About our Founder

The former Global Chief Operations Officer of several household name brands, Jonathan Bennett has extensive experience in operating multiple international brands. His passion lies in coaching, leadership, strategy, program management, business planning & analytics, risk management, stakeholder engagement, change management and continuous improvement.

Jonathan has the practical experience, knowledge and skills needed to expand businesses into new markets. He excels at delivering top-level service, analysing processes, developing improvements, and coordinating projects to increase efficiency and quality of service. Possessing high-level business and franchise management experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, exceptional business acumen, and commercial awareness. Jonathan is passionate about delivering innovative, integrated solutions to business problems in a complex, change-orientated environment. His exceptional aptitude for creating plans and implementing processes has proven to be effective in increasing efficiency and delivering value.

Jonathan has also run his own businesses and understands the difficulties in starting a concept from scratch to building supply chains, systems and technologies to implement the long term strategy. He also combines his practical experience with an extensive education portfolio including: Bachelor of Commerce, Advanced Diploma in Global Marketing Management, Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, Diploma in Operations, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Logistics, Diploma of Financial Planning, Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety, Certificate IV in Project Management in Practice
